How to use them:
Make sure you are sitting comfortably.
Hold the Shungite piece in your left hand, This is the "yin" harmoniser and connects with the flow of feminine lunar energy.
Hold the Steatite piece in your right hand. This is the "yang" harmoniser and connects with the flow of masculine solar energy.
Resting your hands on your knee's, relax and let your mind focus only on your senses. Start by doing this for 3-5 minutes. Gradually work your way up to 10-15 minutes once a day.
