We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. We will reply with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will be responsible for all postage costs.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Shipping Within the UK:
We aim to despatch your order within three working days of your order being placed. During busier periods, this may take longer and can take up to seven working days.
All orders are posted via Royal Mail either First Class Signed For or Special Delivery and will usually arrive within two working days, unless they weigh over 2kg in which case they will be sent via courier, which usually takes 1-2 working days to be delivered.

You will be able to select your chosen shipping method at checkout.
Large Letters and Small Parcels (Under 2kg) - Royal Mail Signed For First Class: £5.55 or Tracked And Signed: £8.00
Small and Medium Parcels (over 2kg) - Courier Delivery: £10
Once we have sent your proof of postage (and any tracking information), we cannot be held responsible for any lost or delayed packages.
Shipping prices are calculated according to the size and weight of your package and your address.
We only offer tracked shipping methods for International orders so as to decrease the chance of packages getting damaged or lost in transit.
Shipping times may vary based on your location, but please allow up to 14 working days.
