Light your smudge stick to cleanse your crystals, your space and/or yourself. Our recommendation is to light the palo Santo, or White sage and allow the flame to just touch upon the other elements in the smudge before blowing out. Pass the smoke through your crystals or space to cleanse them. Always make sure that a nearby window is open, for the smoke and any unwanted energies to leave.

- Choose a fireproof vessel to place your smudge stick on.
- Light your smudge in a safe place, wait a few seconds before gently blowing out the flame.
- Burn with sufficient fresh air flow by opening a window.
- Remove the crystal once the smudge burns down.
- Keep away from children and pets.
- Do not ingest. If ingestion occurs, seek medical help.
- Once you have finished smudging, place on your fireproof vessel to extinguish naturally.
- To put out the smudge, place in foil package to limit the oxygen which will extinguish the smudge stick.
